Important Tips
- Take Move-In Photos: Always photograph your entire room, including walls, furniture, and bathroom fixtures, on your first day. Send these photos to the dormitory management right away so there is a clear record of pre-existing issues.
- Understand Contract Rules: Private dormitories enforce their own strict internal policies. Breaking dormitory rules can result in contract termination and loss of your deposit.
- Plan for 6–12 Months: Ensure you are prepared to commit to a long-term contract (6 or 12 months), as short-term stays are generally not offered by private dormitories.
